Should be titled: A nerds guide how not to finance a railroad

Do not waste your money. When I purchased this book I thought it would be adventure and building of the railroads in my State. Instead all you get out of the nearly 300 pages are useless RR names and stats. I finally finished this book by skipping chapters of the same old thing and reading the ending. 3 whole pages on the Florida Keys RR. This is the first book out of hundreds I've read in the last few years that I really wanted a refund on. I was thinking that this must have been written by some nerd. Flip books to the back and indeed Harvard.
