The best resource I've found so far...

As a former charge nurse and current director of nursing, I have found this book to be very helpful in my day-to-day work as well as a great resource for overall information on leadership. Any nurse could benefit from reading this even if you aren't a charge nurse, but nurse managers will find it especially helpful. It is a quick and easy read, full of useful information, and broken down in a format that makes sense and is easy to follow. If you only buy one book to help you on your journey through nursing administration and management, make it this one!
