Simple Instructions for Natural Living

This book helps me as well, in particular it has a theme of natural wholeness as a way of life. I believe that Ni Hua-Ching is true to that theme.There is a sprinkling of Chinese cosmology which will certainly put off some readers, but the theme is clear -- aim for wholeness and well-being in the here and now. Who can complain about that?
