LOVE this book!

Laura Lewis makes it interesting and easy to get to a new, healthy you! Loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their well-being.

Finally, a book that makes sense...even to me

I was very excited to find out about this book. Just a few months prior I had made a big leap to changing my eating lifestyle and felt lost. Laura writes like she's in the room with you....navigating thru medical jargon, exercise tips, and what foods work where with ease and understanding. I felt like she truly cared about what she was telling me BUT she didn't tell me WHAT to do....just gave me the information I would need to make the best choices for myself. Now, I feel like I'm in this journey with a new "friend" by my side .... and I don't feel lost any more !!
