A little bit of honesty at last

This is the first book about online entrepreneurship I've read that doesn't pile it up and doesn't overhype the online market. It's very honest about what you can and can't get out of the Internet in terms of business, and dispels many misconceptions about the market. Not every one of the 121 business ideas mentioned there is right for anyone, but for the most part it really inspired me to find my own niche (pet related products).

A Fantastic Starting Point

A great place to start! If considering an Internet/Home Based Business, this is a must read. Our business, NetTeamOne, Inc, a Home Based/Internet Based Business put alot of the theories to test.

Great for those who don't know how and what to start online

This is a great book for people who take their first steps in the world of Internet entrepreneurship. While Gielgun doesn't go into technical details (which he says Internet entrepreneurs do not really need), he does give readers the lowdown when it comes to the realities of the online market, and covers all the element of starting a business on the Internet -- especially promotion. The 121 business ideas themselves are very inspiring, and made me think of at least fifty more, which are a variation/combination of some of the ideas in this book.

Helped me a great deal

Saved me hundreds of dollars in consultation fees I would have spent on so called "Web site promotion agencies." This book explains the ins and outs of the online business world in plain English -- especially good for beginners. This is not a computer book, though: if you want to learn about PC's operating systems you'll need additional literature.

A great beginner's guide.

If you're a newcomer to the online business world and you're asking yourself: `How can I squeeze some money out of the Internet?' -- this is the book for you. It gives you hundreds of ideas and addresses for Internet sites which would have taken the average person hundreds of hours to find by himself.
