Zen Parenting

I found the book to affirm what I already know. It's true that if I handle a situation calmly, the outcome is always positive. It's a fast read and very concise. I keep it on my bedside to pick up whenever I need a reminder.

Awsome book!

I got this book because I've been struggling with my pre-teen boy. I came to it by pure fluke, I have to say that it changed my prespective in so many ways. It brings you back to the basics. The things that as a parent you just know instictively, but somehow you tend to forget when it all gets a bit overwhelming. It remind us what are true job is as parents. When I picked up this small, but powerful book, I too felt overwhelmed and a bit lost. Little by little I started to center and it helped me to take a few steps back and see things differently and everything changed. You start with you then you can move to guide your child. I highly recommend this book. I loved it.
