I was amazed on what people wrote. They are lifelong things you should remember. All in all this is a great book. If you are going to have an interview(or just want a good book),i highly recomend this book!!!

A Great Book, for Teens Like Me

When I first got this book I set it aside for a little while and forgot about it. One day when I couldn't find anything else to do I picked the book up and started reading it!!! When I started reading this book I just plainly couldn't put it down!!! It was just amazing how someone a little older than I could be so successfull!!! I was impressed by many of the letters from a big portion of corporate America!!! The book was truly inspiring and gave me hope and told me to that I can do anything I want if I push my mind to the limits and soar!!! This book is an inspiring collection of business letters and leadership lessons from some of the most important people in the world!!! This book will teach teens like me an important lesson!!! I know some of you people feel like they shouldn't waste their time but, I promise if you read this book in some way it will change your life!!!

Wisdom for a Young CEO by Barry

This book would be excellent for an aspiring CEO or someone planning to own his/her business. The author advises to do something that we like intensely. A CEO must remember that the people in the organization are the first priority. CEOs should be honest and pragmatic in all of their business dealings. The key words are to "look, listen and learn". Above all, good leaders tend to be humble. Being humble does not necessarily mean being servile. It is an absence of blind pride in favor of agreeableness in the corporate culture. The book is an excellent value for a wide constituency of businesspeople, students and budding entrepreneurs.

Ok for a HS project

The book was very ok for a high schooler. He has the passion to succeed and lead in his future and asks the right questions to the right people. Since the wisdom is coming from the CEOs, it is not the wisdom of a high school kid. The CEOs are very sincere since Douglas Barry seemed to explain to the CEOs of his background and what he hopes to get from asking these questions. The advice from the CEOs are both inspirational and practical in applying to in life as well in business. I hope that the future CEOs will read and learn from this book.
