Best Driving Guide to West Mexico/Baja!

I checked all the bookstores in 2009 to find a good driving guide to West Mexico, starting at Nogales and driving south to Puerto Vallarta. Absolutely nothing was available! Then I checked my home library and found a book that I bought in 1992 for a trip to Baja and Ole'!!! It was "West Mexico From Sea to Sierra". I had never read the West Mexico part and it turned out to be a wealth of information not only about driving routes, cities, bypasses, etc., but also history of each and every area and town, good and not so good lodging, roads to avoid, area attractions, camping beaches, and much more! What a treasure! What a find!! And, in my own library. It was everything I had been looking for and more. I highly recommend this book to anyone traveling in West Mexico and Baja. I just noticed there was an "update" form in the back that I plan to send in for a free newsletter update from La Paz Publishing. Hopefully, they are still around.
