Great diet book--FLASHBACK!

I lost a ton of weight in 1980 using this plan and it WORKS! I gained some of it back, like 90% of dieters do and followed WW's Fat & Fiber plan in the 90's, which works even better (as long as you are smart enough to know that ALL fat free products are not low calorie).
