Was able to hold my attention.

Sales books have a tendency to be boring and nonexciting. This book is defiantly not the normal boring sales book. Lots of great tips and insight to selling . Many sales tips I actually wrote down. Enlightening and informative

Entertaining, Insightful & Fun!

First, I rarely post comments about a book. Second, I'm not in "sales" (the type where I'm only paid by commission based on what I can sell) and the one and only sales job I've ever had was when I was 15 years old... not quite a million years ago, but close! Third, the goofy cover caught my attention - I was searching for a design book. Ralph's book is fun, entertaining, and insightful -- not a perfect book filled with glitz and glamour, but a human story about his life in sales, his trials, and earned success. As a designer, I'm always looking for new inspiration and angles that drive me to seek the best for my creative process, but I have little time to READ books all the way through, word for word. In fact, I tend to look at picture and process only and skim read the rest in most books, except design related books... Anyhow, each chapter of Ralph's book compelled me to read more and to learn about his sales techniques, systems, and his mini life-story. By the time I finished from front to back cover, I was truly inspired to consider sales as part of a key change in my career path. No, I'm not going into "sales" -- the commissions only type, but using my ability to negotiate with process that helps me and the people I work with so there's a win-win situation for everyone. If only I'd known to do that when I was 14 and unable to make one commission sale in 3 weeks... ha! Ralph's ideas are working like magic... in my work environment, with the public I'm required to meet, and even my family has responded in ways I'd never imagined AND I'm having fun. Thanks for this great book, Ralph!

A Great Investment For any Real Estate Professional

The "how to" book for Mega Selling. There are enough proven ideas to keep anyone involve with marketing busy applying them to their business. An easy read, with great stories and no nonsense approach to networking and marketing. I can only hope Real Estate people in my market don't read this! I want to keep it a secret for myself.

A must read for everyone, even those who are not in sales!

I truly enjoyed this book! As a Vice President for a small firm in the Detroit area, this book has enlighted me to tell everyone one I know about this book. In fact, I have refered all of my college professors about it and suggested that they use it in their class rooms. Its REAL and it WORKS!!

I read this easy-to-read book while on a cross country non-stop flight from New York to Los Angeles! I cried, laughed and highlighted all the way through the entire book! It is full of practical advice from "America's Scariest Salesman"! A must-read for every aspiring or experienced salesman, regardless of what field you 're in!!!!

Very Informational, Good Rules to Live By

Ralph Roberts is a very good author, and he knows what he's talking about. The book is about how to reach dreams, even when your going through hard times. If you are any kind of sales person or want to go into sales this is a very good book to read.
