Yoga in Pre K

My Pre K kids love doing these Yoga moves They love the tree, the bear, and especially the snake and the shark. Once the kids learn the moves you can make up a story to go along with the moves and the kids love it. Great fun!

I Think this book is well put togather, it has a very good insight to childrens thoughts on excersise. Carol Bassett has done a beautiful job on helping children from all ages with herNew Book. She has expressed the value of Yoga & what it can do physically & mentally for any child, I think this book should win an award.
