I recommend this book to who ever wants to take step 3. I already read Swanson's Family medicine review Q, A & L Step 3 multiple Q and ACE the board step 3. the questions formats of this book is very simmilar to the step 3 . neither this book nor the other 3 books that I mentioned can be use as the only source for this exam( as you know step 3 questions are mostly deciesion making, and follow ups ).

"An up-to-date and accurate review book"

An excellent book for practising review questions. The best thing about the book is that, it's updated and the information is accurate. The explanations contain information which obeys the recent guidelines for Hypertension and Diabetes. The questions are very similar to the actual questions on the exam. I would rate it an 11 out of 10.
