Inaccurate description for what was sent

I ordered 'The Word In Life Study Bible', which was labeled as a hardcover. What I received was a soft cover that only is the Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Mark. Very disappointed by the deception in this description and the inaccuracy of what was ordered. Sadly, this is not elgible for return, so I am losing my money and also my time, as I was eager to to received this Bible.
