Very helpful and easy to understand

This book was recommended by a friend as a way to help my son relax. He is 22 years old with autism. It has made a big difference in the quality of his sleep and his general well being. I also have tried the T-touch on my dogs - they love it! I find the DVD very helpful - the book is easy to read and understand and the demonstrations are very good.

Another excellen book by Linda Tellington-Jones about her amazing bodywork, the TTouch. She usually helps animals and with this book it is our turn. The enclosed DVD is easy to follow and the book is a must not only for healthcare providers but for everybody who has ever been injured, sore, tired or sick or has a loved one they want to help in a safe and easy way. You can work right alongside Linda and enjoy some amazing results.
