Too bad it's out of print!

Although this book was written for the Christian market, there is nothing preachy about it. It truly is, as the subtitle states, a practical guide to pregnancy and childbirth, from nutrition and exercise to things you might consider if you decided to give birth at home. The book has short chapters and it is a quick, easy read (as compared with other intensive, technical childbirth manuals). As a childbirth preparation instructor of many years, I highly recommend it.
