Beautiful book with history and recipes

I spent a weekend at Blantyre years ago and was gifted with this book at the hotel. My friend loved reading about the history of Blantyre, enjoying the beautiful photos, and trying the wonderful recipes. Blantyre is a Scottish castle with old world charm. The food is outstanding and the accommodations beautiful. It is a taste of Europe accessible in Lennox, MA. When my friend recently tried purchasing this book but couldn't find a copy, I found it on this website and bought it for her as a gift.
