False Advertising

This is the wrong edition. The picture is deceiving. The publication also said it was November 2021.

Never receive the replacement

I never received the replacement edition that was supposed to have been shipped. I ordered that 2022 edition, but received a 2015 version. It's bad business to falsely advertise.

Incorrect item yet again

Didn’t even receive the right item and the one i did get was in absolutely Horrible condition

False Description

The picture had the 2022 edition on it, but upon further inspection, I noticed that the description said the book was released in 2021, so that's the edition I was ultimately expecting to receive. Instead, I received the 2019 edition, which is not what I paid for, nor what was indicated on the site. Very disappointed.

Misleading information

Just received this book and I received the 2018 edition. However the description said 2022. This is a misleading information and unfair to customer who are trying to advanced their career

Just be sure to read

The details share that it’s Either a 2014/2015 publication being sent. I think the picture throws you off but we should take the times to always read because often our eyes deceive us. Don’t be so quick to write negative reviews when you fail to read. Used books at this price is a great thing for mother’s like myself !

Wrong book !

I ordered the book shown in the picture above and always given the 2015 edition rather than the 2020-2021 edition. What a waste of money and time.

Buyer Beware!!!!

The image displayed indicates this book is the 2020 version, however upon receiving the book the version I received was a 2017 version!! Beware!! False advertising! Do not purchase unless you are willing to receive an old version of this book!!
