For a long time, Congolese public enterprises have been characterised by poor performance, misappropriation of funds, carelessness on the part of managers, the desire for external assistance, lack of transparency in revenue, late payment of salaries, lack of good governance, etc., all of which make it difficult for these enterprises to achieve their objectives.To redress the situation, he initiated a series of measures.
