A Superb Paralegal Course Book.

This text book is better than the material I am currently reading in my paralegal course. The format is superb! The authors mix in actual cases, definitions of legal terms, ethics, and summaries in every chapter. "The Paralegal Professional" also covers all of the major topics and aspects of the paralegal profession. "Cases for Discussion" sections stimulate the study of actual cases. I used on-line sources to read about decisions. You can self-study with this book. The authors write in such a manner that conveys clearly and in understandable terms even the challenging(boring) material. The Appendices are also beneficial. How to brief a case, Professional Rules of Conduct(NFPA), ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct,Glossary, U.S. Constitution, and Subject Index are all aids or references found at the back of this book. I strongly recommend this book and am glad that I bought it!

Good book, Great shape

I ordered paralegal professinals for my intro to paralegals class. the seller posted the book as a like new item. I received the book in 4-5 days and it was in great condition, no tears, or highlighting. When I need another book if they have it for sale, I will definitely get it from them.

Excellent Book

Very happy with book. Very informative. Learned alot. Was one of the books required on online university as E-Book. Preferred hard cover. Book way better than E-Book.
