Must Have for Classroom Library

As a student teacher, I am very interested in what will motivate elementary students to read. This book is, in my opinion, a must have. Several of the unmotivated boys in the classroom where I serve love this book and have willingly negotiated opportunities to read it over the weekends.

Great fun for father and son alike

My seven-year-old son just received this and he cannot get enough of it. He and his father went through every page, and loved every minute. At the moment I have exploding popsicle stick frisbies flying around my house, accompanied by much merriment. Great book for adventurous kids!

Outdoor Book for Adventurous Boys

This is a must have book. Age range that is enjoying it here is 8-14. It is one of the first books that the neighbor kids wanted to see! The projects are interesting and most can be done by themselves. Most things use simple to find household or outdoor objects and and an imagination. Great book.
