A book to keep in the family!

There's no chance a person could absorb all the seasoned knowledge packed into this book, so have your page markers ready. I've referenced this book in preparation for each of four births and have always gained new knowledge. For example, do you know the best time to start prepping your breastfeeding nipples with lemon juice before birth? Yeah ... stuff like that. Content intricately covers such other topics as mom health and baby health with recipes and remedies; and birth competence in terms of the mother's rights if she is delivering in a hospital setting or otherwise. I highly recommend it to any pregnant woman. TIP: Get it early in the pregnancy. And for anyone else — just go ahead and grab one to pass down through the generations!
