Simple yet full of useful suggestions

I really enjoyed this book. It is very easy to read and quite simple in style but there is a lot of depth in each of the short chapters. I think it would be beneficial for anyone who wants to improve their relationship and is good for someone who doesn't want to read a big fat book that seems overwhelming. I like the idea of couples sharing the book so that they can do some of the suggestions together. I work as a psychologist and would happily recommend this book to clients - as well as friends and family who wanted to work on having a more vital, more fulfilling partnership!!

Helpful book

Although this book is fairly small and light reading, I did find it helpful in my relationship. If you can put some of the ideas into practice it can be quite beneficial. Overall a worthwhile read.

Useful and Enjoyable

I have just finished reading The Mindful Couple by Robyn Walser and Darrah Westrup. It is an excellent, well-written book divided into 36 short sections, each focusing on simple ways to apply the powerful, life-changing principles of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) into your most intimate relationship. There are a wealth of great ideas here, written in an informative and entertaining manner - and lots of great exercises. I highly recommend The Mindful Couple, as a very valuable resource for enriching and enhancing your relationship with your partner.
