Very good

I have read the entire book because it is worth reading. The author did a great job. Anyone who really wants to understand the REAL heart should read this book. However, I would recommend a review and better English presentation. The book should be expanded but all the non- Islamic references taken out because it dilutes the authenticity. Imtiaz

we should be grateful

all people need to be grateful for those individuals that read quran and understand it.i bought this book because i was suffering from mistreatment of some people and thier lifestyle. as soon as i received this book things began to change. the advice of not looking too long and keeping better company is about the best advice given to anyone. the practitioner is sincere and i would reccomend this book to all new muslims as well as those who have been around for a while. there are voluminous references to the heart in the quran as well as suduriheem. i am thankful to allah ta ala for the material in this book and baraka upon the author for her excellent contribution to the health and welfare of humanity.
