Beautifully written tribute to both the horse and God.

A child would be a great excuse to read this book aloud, but you won't want to miss it, regardless of your age! If you are in love with the horse, you will feel the author's passion even more; if you're not, it is a wonderful Christmas story. I don't consider myself religious, but I felt like I was when I finished the book :)

Being an avid horseman all my life, I skepticly read this book thinking just another horse story. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a captivating story based on the possible events preceding Christ's birth. A definite Christmas gift for all of my Grandchildren.

Very Sweet and Captivating

This is a great book that brought tears to my eyes. It entertained my 4 year old boy, but unlike most books that do, it didn't put me to sleep.
