Missing text for 5 pages so far....

Part One, pages 1,2 & 3 are missing along with the text for pages 6, 7, 10, 11 & 18 so far. This is ridiculous....They're blank pages. How do I get a copy of these pages to start reading the book.... Thank you... I think I need another copy of this book. There's no telling how many other pages are missing....
