This study reveals without any doubt their high capabilities (referring to the Islamic State) their strategic plans to take control over the Arabic region and the whole Middle East, arriving at their global ambition to conquer the world. Their perception of the Caliphate State includes political and administrative, economic and social aspects and their claim of the universality of their Islamic human rights. At first glance, everything that has to do with the Islamic state seems arbitrary and unorganized, but this study reveals to some extent the contrary, of course, without neglecting the importance of the interference of both international and regional powers, above all the United States of America, Turkey and Iran, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
