A girl named Alyssa May Thrasher and her family move into a haunted house. At first she did not know it was haunted, but finds out later on by personal expieriences. In one of the encounters, one of the spirits asks for her help. So she gathers up some friends, and they do some research. During the research, she finds out that she has a connection with the spirit that asks for her help, and about the dark history of the house. Now it's up to her to help put the active spirits at her house to rest and save thim from the evil that keeps them there.
