'Haikus' are a type of Japanese short poems that follow specific rules. Technically the poems compiled here do not follow some of those rules and therefore are Technically considered 'senryūs'. However, "The senryest of ūs" doesn't make for an amusing title. If you're wondering whether or not to get this book based on this little blurb, you should absolutely do it. Definitely get it because you won't regret it. See? I rhymed...
