Life Changing

This book was life changing for me and I can't recommend it enough. It's daily lessons are short and simple, but the material is deep and I was reluctant to face it sometimes (caveat), as I actually came face to face with myself. Sometimes we don't want to do face that monster, but if we do, we can be freed. Amazing, liberating, my all-time favorite. A classic from a man who literally was the father of Biblical counseling. Note: I particularly like this earlier version (1995) best.
