Very good book if you're a Field Roast Fanatic!

I waited for years for the Field Roast genius chefs to spill some of their plant-based meat recipes and techniques and so I grabbed this book as soon as it hit the streets. I picked up this second copy for a Very reasonable price just to keep as a spare because the original is getting some stains (anyone who has worked with vital wheat gluten will know what I mean!). I don't think the previous owner even cracked it open! Perfect condition. Anyway, I wish I could award five stars however, I was a tiny bit disappointed that most of the recipes are simply variants of the initial recipes in the front of the book which present the ingredients and techniques to produce the "base" meat products that the majority of the recipes contain. It's worth the price to me just to learn some of their methods and ingredients for the "meat" loaves and sausages, etc.
