Very Disappointed ☹️

I received it and it had several pages ripped out and ripped and it had markings all through it ... I wasnt aware that when you buy through here you're buying like garage sale quality books

I never received the book

I was very disappointed too see the books had been sent back, I have no reason why

Binding was bent along with writing g inside

I Love This Bible!

If you follow Joyce Meyer you will love this Bible. It contains her notes and is large enough print that is easy to read. The only drawback is that it is large in size and somewhat heavy to carry around, but all in I I recommend it.

Not in the "Good Condition" as presented upon my payment!

This book has water damage throughout the ENTIRE BOOK at the top of the pages! VERY UNPLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE!

The Everyday Bible /Joyce Meyerr

I bought this for a friend...It is quite large and heavy and filled with extra notes from Joyce. Someone had attached tabs to each book of the Bible ...I am sure it made it easier for my friend to find her way around.

Awesome bible

Very nice prayer suggestions

I was attracted to this book at Barnes and Nobles, because the author suggests things to pray for (at the bottom of many of the pages). I have trouble asking for what I need from God sometimes, and reading this bible really helps me to focus on what I need to ask for. This is great for women and college students because the author's notes explain the bible verses in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Exactly what I needed when I needed it...

I will preface this by saying that I am just beginning my path back to God and that I have tried reading many Bibles but often felt like I was left feeling like "yeah, that's all well and good but what does this have to do with my life right now?". Last fall, I lost my job. That was a devastating event for me (which, in retrospect, turned out to be a blessing). I had tremendous anger -- at my former employer, at my family that seemed unwilling to help, at my husband, at the world... While "consoling myself" by indulging in a trip to Barnes and Noble -- one of my favorite haunts -- something drew me to the aisle full of Bibles. I picked up this Bible and flipped it open and what I read -- both from the Scripture and from Ms. Meyers -- really spoke to me. No matter the subject, Ms. Meyers has a way of discussing it that tells me that she has been there and struggled with the same things I struggle with. She is able to make even the most difficult passages seem relevant and is able to tie it into every day real world life.... thus the name. By reading this Bible, I have been able to find peace, grow in faith, develop stronger relationships and start being the person I know that God wants me to be. I think many people read the Bible but after they are done reading, they put it away and go on with life as usual. This Bible makes it difficult to just "put away" because on every page, you are guaranteed to read something that will tie into something that is currently happening in your life. THAT, to me, is truly what sets this Bible apart from all the rest.

The Joyce Meyer Bible

I believe many good people are stumbling over the definition of what a "Study Bible" is supposed to be. This Bible is excellent for those who love Joyce Meyer and her teachings. Her comments and articles are scattered throughout the text and provide her usual practical applications of the Scriptures. The indexes in the back pages are a good place to start "studying with Joyce" and find wisdom and comfort for our daily lives (hence the title, "The Everyday Life Bible"). If you've been blessed by Joyce Meyer's teachings over the years, this Bible won't disappoint.

Easily Understandable

I am not new to christianity, but I am new to reading the bible and knowing of the events that took place. I found this extremely useful as a bible and I absolutely love how Joyce Meyer relates the information to daily living. For me, it makes it easier to understand when I can relate it to my daily life. I would not consider this a study bible, I actually consider it my bible. I read from this bible and carry it to church. Joyce Meyer includes "Life Points" within the pages, along with prayers and other information from her. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a clear understanding of the bible.
