Since its formal inception in the 4th century, the institutional Christian Church proclaimed a dogma and doctrines that were worlds apart and totally incompatible with the message that Jesus preached while traveling the dirt roads of Galilee. As far as the early Church was concerned, the Jews killed Jesus by crucifying him. Therefore, Jesus had to be stripped from his Jewish roots, his descent, and his humanity. This was successfully done in 325 at Nicaea where the real Jesus was betrayed and crucified for a second time after the early Roman Church decided to elevate Jesus to be God himself. The Roman emperor, Constantine, would from then on be the direct representative between the Church and God. In the centuries to come, the Church of Rome would relentlessly and in the cruelest way persecute those Christians who differed from the Church's doctrines. In subsequent ages, the Roman Church, as well as the Reformed Churches, in later centuries, would embark on a campaign of accumulating immense wealth in the most immoral ways. The pomp and splendor of cathedrals and church buildings found all over the world are silent and damning witnesses of this. The Christian churches of today have lost their relevance in the post-modern world, as well as its primary purpose, namely to proclaim the true message of the Gospel of Jesus.
