If You Like Chinese Take-Out, Then Read This Recipe Book

I love this book. This book took the mystery out of Asian fast food take out for me about 15 years ago. The recipes produce food that tastes like the dishes that I have eaten at various and less expensive Asian fast food establishments. But the meals cost a lot less to make at home. And it is quick and easy, too. Count 15 minutes from meal preparation beginning and have yourself a Chinese food feast by the end. A great book for college students, techies, and women that wear too many hats as it is.

A How-to Without All the Mysticism

I found this cookbook to be very easy to use, and the recipes are authentic and well described.
