Buying my second copy!!!

I have had this book over 30 years and read with my children, and now reading with my grandchildren! Wonderful interpretation of God’s word that Children can understand!!

This book set me up for a life love of God

When I was a child my grandmother read me bible stories from her Bible. I loved the stories of David and Goliath, Sampson, and when I turned about 11 she gave me this book. And I liked it and looked through the pictures but I didn’t read it right away. When I was about 12 or 13 I decided I was going to read it straight through. And then I decided to read it again straight through, and again. I didn’t have a “grown-up Bible” until I was in my later teens. But this book set me up for a life-long desire to know God and love Him. I am grateful to my grandma for introducing me to the Bible. My spiritual life has grown by leaps and bounds, amongst the trials, etc. This book opened me to a quest that continues to this day. My old book is gone but I’m going to purchase a new one to read to my nephews. I hope I can be the example my grandma was to me.
