Good guide to good health -China Way

This is a good follow-up by the son Thomas Campbell for more practical advice for good health. He exposed the financial interest of the Food Industrial Complex that dominates the market place, consumers and politics. With our cattle are fed with growth hormones, antibiotic, and other chemicals and enhanced protein diet (dead animals, told in <<Mad Cowboy >>, consumers get transferred from the dinner plate to the body prone for the three highs - blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar in addition to cancer. On page 108, he listed the most and least pesticide on the fruits and vegetables in the market place. He strongly advocates buying organic and not sure on GMO products as not enough data and research on them. The father and son team still insist on WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASE diet for maximum health. A good question is why American is number one in medical but is 37th in WHO health status? Find the truth for a better healthy future in the books of CHINA STUDY!
