Perfect for everyday people!

I received this book for my wedding and I will admit that at first I thought it was from the dollar store, so I didn't give it much credit. It sat on my shelf unused for some time. When I was searching for recipes that were good but not overly expensive I opened this book and was delighted by the categories! There are not only main dish, side dish, salads/soups, and the norm but there is also cooking for two, meals in minutes and most memorable meals! One of our favorite meals is Turkey Divan w/garlic pasta, it my sound hard and rich but it is sooo simple (done in 30 minutes)! I now use this book regularly!

Fantastic book! For the busy cook, mom and just general have-fun-in-the-kitchen folks, these recipes are top notch. Something for everyone from very simple to elegant. I have the whole series and love them.
