The Real Deal

I stumbled on this book only last week amidst a pile of many newer books on the same topic. What a jewel! I was searching for good method books on food landscaping and found myself generally unsatisfied until I found this one. There are a lot of 'pretty picture books' out there, vegetable catalogs, etc. This one does the best job I've seen of stepping gardeners through a classic and thoughtful design process. It's smart, practical, versatile, and timeless. It's not trendy or flashy. Highest recommendations for thoughtful gardeners!
