A Great Way to Start Every Day

Christin Ditchfield captures her readers' attention for a few moments and makes a tremendous impact on their days. With tremendous insight combined with Christin's excellent storytelling skills, she makes Biblical truths come alive. She offers suggestions that will help you "take it to heart" and keep your thoughts for the day focused on God. What a great way to start every day!

This Hit My Heart

This devotional book is such a delight for me to use as it is different from traditional devos in that it echoes the timely truth found in Ms. Ditchfield's radio show. I really enjoy the humor and wit found in this book and that only thing I regret is that there are only 60 meditations!

I am always impressed with Christin's style of writing. She has a nack of succinctly portraying a message with exacting clarity! She can appeal to the new believer and the mature alike. I especially liked the scriptures linked with each chapter as well as the thought provoking questions. With a small toddler at home, it makes for a quick "pick-me-up" or a quiet reminder that God's love is so personal and He is with me throughout the ups and the downs of life. I appreciate her insight and it often gives me a new perspective on life's pertinent issues. It's a keeper by my bedside!

Take It To Heart

I've recently read Christin Ditchfield's new book Take It To Heart and loved it. It's a great devotional with wonderful biblical insights and relevance to today's believer. I particularly liked her way of inviting one to pause and ponder the things of God without losing any biblical integrity. Too many devotionals today are staid and stuffy with no relevance to today's issues or questions. Not so with this book. Each devotional is brief enough to be read in a short sitting, but the added verses and questions provide additional time for reflection if one's schedule permits. Anyone interested in furthering their walk with God and growing in knowledge of Him will enjoy this new book.
