i loved this book....what a smart way to deal with the topic of sexual health.....the research, programs, receipes, are all extremely helpful.....it truly helped me and my husband and i can't tell you how appreciative i am. highly recommended this.

The best book on sexual health ever

This is a great book. It is well written, informative, yet easy to read and understand. The information was well organized and accompanied by really interesting anecdotes. Most importantly, the 30 day sexual fitness program made it so easy for me to follow the steps towards sexual fitness...everything from diet, exercise, to medications and sensual stimulation. This was a life saver for me and my husband, would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their sex life and improving their health.

Fantastic book with excellent 30 Day practical program

love this book, it is easy to read, inspiring, clear, well written, and informative. my boyfriend and i especially love the 30 day program at the end...it makes it easy to follow the steps towards sexual fitness, including the recipes, the reminders, etc. overall, i think it's great and it's about time someone wrote about sexual health in an open and positive way.
