Past Life Regression with Dr. Scheinberg and this book

I have always had a fascination with memories that I have had--the ones that I could not explain. Places, people and connections. This book was a very fluid and insightful read that actually takes you through the process of how past life regression therapy works with documented examples of former patients of the author. This book was a helpful tool in understanding the process and how the information from PLR that you learn can serve you in your current life. The author documents his experiences from patients that he has helped as well as opening up about the connections in his own personal life and his firsthand PLR. This book gives great understanding on many levels to how you can become in touch with and recognize the people around you on more than just a surface level, your spirit guides, and your soulmates. After reading the book, I scheduled my own private session with the author Richard c. Sheinberg and had a PLR done. It was one of the most fascinating experiences that I have ever encountered. The whole process from being relaxed to fully being able to pull memories from as far back as childhood and beyond was amazing. What you learn from the memories that surface and how it pertains to your own current situation, state of mind, relationships, and goals is priceless.
