Excellent book! Watch the Netflix series if you want to know whether this book is worth 30 bucks. Spoiler alert: it is. Samin Nosrat is a knowledgeable and experienced chef with a special gift for communicating ideas simply. This is not a recipe book: it is a book to teach you how to make your own simple recipes better.
