I wish there were pictures!

I am in the states and this is a British cookbook, so there are recipes and ingredients that are unusual for me (but there are both metric and US measurements included). The charts for steaming vegetables look very useful. The sauce chapter is super interesting. I cannot wait to try creamy rice pudding and lemon curd in my steamer.
