One of the very best parenting books

One of the very best parenting books Ive ever read. Backed by research and a deep understanding of child brain development. Every new parent should have the information in this book. It’s cycle breaking and life changing. I read it when my 10 year old was little and again recently after my third just reached her 1st birthday. I hope you read it and find ways to choose love with you babes.

Life-Changing

This book is gold. It advocates for rational, kind, respectful parenting, with real-life examples and scenarios and scientifically proven solutions to everyday problems that parents face. I have 3 children (ages 8, 5, and 2) and it has helped me feel seen and heard just from reading it. I’ve implemented some of the advice and I’m already seeing a change in my relationship with my kids. Buy the book; you won’t regret it!
