Excellent Reference

My first exposure to this book was the 2nd edition my friend had as a text book for a course my friend was taking. Dr. Gaby writes in terms clearly & easily understood, even by laypersons. It is an excellent reference book especially if you are already a believer that nutrition and supplements are your best medicine. I got this first edition to use as a home reference. Well worth every penny. Don’t spend the same amount chasing individual books when you can get this ONE! Dr. Gaby also backs his information with science referencing studies do you can check for yourself if you would like. If you have an opportunity to get either the 1st or 2d edition do it, you won’t regret it.
