My Other Self

I have read many spiritual books, but this one it one of the best. It is as if Christ is speaking to you in the modern day using Biblical principles. My suggestion is to read one chapter per day and think about that chapter and the message in it for you. It is one of those books that you will want to read a little at a time, and once you finish, begin reading it again. It has a wealth of sound practical spiritual advice. I take it with me so I can read it when there is spare time. I tend to be a bit hard on myself, and this book has helped me to be less anxious.

Don't let everyday persecutors and skeptics keep you from judging for yourself. It is a very easy to read book which contains messages for believers and non-believers of Christ. There are messages of morality that keep the human heart warm and tender. It's a book that will make you walk away with a peaceful feeling about yourself and the world around you. I will leave you with an old thought that plagues people's minds but doesn't have to. "If there isn't a God then what have we lost (something we never had), but if there is a God and you fail to have a pure heart what have we lost? (An eternity together my friend.)" Let this book work for you as it has for me.
