She had no choice but to get there before the plane crashed. If she waited and pretended to be drawn to the disaster like any other passer-by, she might not be able to reach the boy before he was dead... This description may be from another edition of this product.
Quite simply put, this book passes muster as one of the best in American literary classics. The protagonist is complex and paranormal, yet she remains likeable and identifyable. The plot is engrossing and mythically cast, but also simple and approachable. The themes are timeless and alluring, but not trite. Ms. Wagner has somehow captured a masterpiece mixing of divine grace and visceral drama that is rarely seen in such writing genre. Keep your eyes fixed on this one... it is sure to be vaulted into national prestige and best-sellership.
Missing Heaven Will Change Your Life

Missing Heaven made me remember that all living is not the everyday mundanity with which we become obsessed. Rather, the book brought to the fore questions about the mysteries of life; questions that made me want to think about my spirituality in a whole new way. Those questions are not necessarily answered here, but are asked in such a way as to remind us that we should, from time to time, think about who we are and what we can contribute to mankind. While Hannah has a great spiritual gift, her greatest gift is the love, support, and understanding of the people around her. Missing Heaven will change the way you think about your life and the people you encounter along the way. Don't miss this book.
I loved it!!

I loved this book! Everything about it was awesome. The story was so deep, and I really felt like I could relate to the charecter. A lot of books have that storyline; a person discovers they have extraordinary powers. But this wasn't overdone at all like most of those books I've read. Plus, I'm sixteen years old and it's not every day that I come by a book I like as much as this one. I deffinantly had trouble putting it down. There are so many things the author could expand on... I just hope she'll write a sequel!!!
Next #1 BESTSELLER!!!

Up and coming author, Caroline Wagner, has fame written all over her newest release Missing Heaven. When discussing this book with a fellow reader it was compared to Sebold's "Lovely Bones". Yes, it's that good! It's supernatural, compelling, and as cliche as this is, I couldn't put it down. Seriously. There's a little for everyone in this story; drama, suspense, mystery, romance, and lots of adventure. The entire read I felt I knew every character, as if I could paste faces of those in my own life into the very pages. This book is alive and waiting to be read again and again. Planning to purchase multiple copies to give as gifts! Excellent... ELEVEN STARS!!!!
A Must Read

I loved Missing Heaven! Right from the first page I was drawn into the book, the character of Hannah and the life she must lead as a healer. I felt so many emotions, anger, love, distrust, awe, compassion, chaos and fear. Those emotions helped me feel for some of the characters. Some, I wanted to listen to or give advice, or hug, and others, I wanted to slap! In the many voices the author used to tell Hannah's story, I felt like I was watching a play or a movie. I was immersed in this story. I really felt like I was there, watching with my own eyes. When Hannah was a child, I felt like I was listening to a child tell her story. I want to read more about this woman and those in her life. Even though she seems to have more than she can deal with, somehow she makes me feel hope.
