Protect liver, feed the gut

It is a wonderful book to expose the lure and the lies of processed food, nutrition, and modern medicine. Professor Lustig did a well searched detailed on the American market place by pointing out how the government agencies, food industry, non-profits and academics virtually co-spire to corner consumers into sickness and the medical industry and drug companies offer solutions so everyone is a walking asset. America is number one in medical field but the health status in UN is #37. WHY? This book is his exposure and offers what to do in maintaining a healthy life. It is not the food but what they do on your food with so much added materials in code words to mislead. It is lies and deceptions. His advice is PROTECT THE LIVER AND FEED THE GUT! Reading this book shows how consumers can restore own health by his truth and set us free!
