Perfect CD for meditation, massage at the spa, or just relaxing. It has flutes, bells, percussion instruments, chimes, ethereal voices, and soft strings set in a pattern for breathing and relaxing. The CD says there are no electronic instruments used. The first CD is an hour long, the second is 48 minutes. It came with a booklet.
