Don't buy!

This is only a recipe cookbook, NOT a book about any canning or preservation method! There was NOTHING about water bath or pressure canning. Also, there was NOTHING about dehydrating, freeze drying or salting. This was only a meat cookbook. I'm extremely disappointed and wish that I could get my money back!!! The title uses false marketing!

These are just recipes for making meals. There are no directions for canning

Canning meats is usally done wit raw ingredients or partially cooked and packed hot. These are meals to serve and no directions for canning or freezing.
