Great real life experiences!

I am so pleased that Damion Lupo captured the real life experiences for several real estate investors. When has there been an honest book outlining the life of an investor during the no-so-pleasant hours of their days? This is the ultimate book on the adventures in real estate investing. I loved it! It was funny and entertaining along with serious and thought-provoking! Damion Lupo did what no other author has done, honesty, success, experience all in one real estate investing book! Great read! A book worth reading for any real estate investor

I've read dozens of real estate books, and been to several seminars, but I've never heard of anybody dedicating a book to helping others avoid finicial pitfalls. In my opinion the monetary losses listed in the book were conservative, and that almost any investor could have made similar mistakes. Chapter 1 is worth the price of the book alone. I respect the fact that Damion committed himself to attending so many (expensive) seminars in such a short time, and the 3 references in the back of the book are absolutely superb! Having met Damion and another contributing author I can tell you that these stories are real, and that you can make mistakes and still be a big success!

Massive Action = Massive Mistakes = Massive Results

In this day and age of Real Estate gurus coming out of EVERYWHERE, it's nice to see someone that has put what he's learned and turned it into ACTION! All you have to do is look at Damion's results and see he's not another guru trying to sell you his wares. Retired at what, age 27? I choose my mentors, books, CDs and seminars based on the investing results of the teachers & authors. Obviously, Damion's results are incredible. I particularly found three chapters useful, Chapter 1 on healthy skepticism regarding seminar speakers, Chapter 8 on growing your real estate properties successfully, and Chapter 19 on property management.
